Download Mini Demos of MacGAMUT 2003 User Disk software to audition MacGAMUT now! (NOTE: If you want to test the cross-platform capability of MacGAMUT 2003 for Mac and Windows, you will need to download one or both of the Macintosh Mini Demos and the Windows Mini Demo.)
If you download the file directly to a Windows computer, click "Run" on the "Download complete" dialog, or start by double-clicking the .exe file you have downloaded. Once the file has been unzipped, the installer will start automatically. Just follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

NOTE: MacGAMUT 2003 OSX Mini Demo requires System 10.2.8 or higher to run.
First, make sure you're using Safari for your web browser. If you're using Internet Explorer, the download will still work, but you will probably have to drag the .zip file to the StuffIt Expander icon to make it expand correctly. So make it easy for yourself and use Safari!

The .zip file will expand into a file named MacGAMUT 2003 OSX Mini Demo Installer, and the Installer will begin automatically. The installer will place the MacGAMUT files in a folder labeled MacGAMUT 2003 for OS X Mini Demo in your Applications folder. To begin using the Mini Demo, double-click the MacGAMUT 2003 OSX Mini Demo application icon in your MacGAMUT 2003 for OS X Mini Demo folder.
If you download the MacGAMUT_Mini_Demo_Mac.sea.hqx file directly to a Mac, you probably will not need StuffIt Expander™ to open it. In most cases, you can just double-click the .sea.hqx file on a Mac computer to create MacGAMUT Mini Demo Folder which contains the MacGAMUT 2003 Mini Demo application and other files. Depending on how your computer is set up, the file may unstuff automatically after you download it. If the file you download does not expand automatically and it also refuses to expand when you double-click it, you will need to drag the file to the Stuffit Expander icon to expand it and create the Update installer. Download MacGAMUT_Mini_Demo_Mac.sea.hqx (MACINTOSH, 444K)
The downloadable MacGAMUT 2003 Mini Demos (MacGAMUT 6 Mini Demos coming soon!) will let you preview the MacGAMUT software your students would be using. But, to get a more complete idea of how MacGAMUT 6 will work for you and your students, you will want to request the MacGAMUT 6 Instructor Demo Disk. The Instructor Demo Disk is free, but it is available ONLY to teachers.
You probably won't need to consult the User Guide to use these Mini Demos, since most questions about how to use the software are answered in the Help menu topics. Since this text file is fairly large, we've made it available separately instead of including it as part of the Mini Demo downloads.
