The authors of The Musician's Guide Series have selected MacGAMUT to provide the ear-training software component for their new series of textbooks, published by W.W. Norton & Company. Jane Piper Clendinning and Elizabeth West Marvin have co-authored The Musician's Guide to Theory and Analysis, and they have collaborated with Joel Phillips on The Musician's Guide to Aural Skills. (For more information about The Musician's Guide Series, please click here.) The authors, with the able assistance of Philip C. Chang, have designed special materials for MacGAMUT to complement their texts. Coupled with MacGAMUT's widely acknowledged effectiveness and reliability, this new text series offers instructors an integrated, cohesive set of teaching tools.
