Ordering info for bookstores

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please do not exchange damaged or "defective" User Disks

Occasionally, a MacGAMUT CD-ROM may become damaged in use.  In all cases of damaged or "defective" disks, the purchaser should e-mail Office@macgamut.com or phone the MacGAMUT business office at 1-800-305-8731 to request a FREE replacement CD-ROM.  Please do not exchange new disks from your stock for damaged disks.  This policy minimizes the opportunity for abuse of the software's single-user design, protecting both your sales and ours.  We appreciate your cooperation.

How to place your order

• By e-mail:  Bookstores with established accounts may order by e-mailing Office@macgamut.com. Identify your store by name, address, and institution, giving quantity needed and your purchase order number.  Most orders ship out the same business day they are received.  We will send an e-mail acknowledgment of your order including the tracking number for the shipment.
• By phone:  Call toll-free 1-800-305-8731 to order by phone.  From outside the US and Canada, dial 001-1-614-442-5876 (this is an international toll call).
• By fax:  Fax your Purchase Order toll-free to 1-877-370-1074.  From outside the US and Canada, send your fax to 001-1-614-442-5877 (this is an international toll call).

Bookstore discount

Bookstore orders for any quantity are discounted 20%.  Your net cost per unit ordered is $32.

Terms for all purchases on account

Net 30 days.  A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past-due accounts.  To avoid finance charges, please remit promptly.

Shipping charges

We pay all charges for standard shipping to domestic bookstores via UPS or FedEx Ground (our choice).  Shipments outside the U.S. go via Air Mail, Global Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on the destination.  We will accommodate requests for expedited shipping or shipping via other carriers whenever possible, but we may bill you a surcharge to cover our additional costs.  We may bill you a shipping charge for orders of fewer than 5 disks.  Bookstores are responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

Returns

Overstock returns:  Bookstores may return MacGAMUT Music Software stock at any time: no time limit; no permission required. Provided the returned stock has not been defaced with bookstore labels making it unsuitable for restocking, we will issue a Credit Memo which you may apply to any outstanding balance.

Please accept returns for refund:  We print a guarantee of satisfaction on our software packaging, promising purchasers a full refund for software returned to the place of purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase.  Please honor this policy by accepting any returns of MacGAMUT software, whether opened or unopened, provided only that the purchaser establishes to your satisfaction that he/she purchased the software from your store within the previous 30 days.  Mark "RETURNED" prominently on the packaging of any returned software you refund, and send it back to us at your convenience for full credit.

Address for returns:  We cannot accept responsibility for returns shipped to the wrong address.
