This version of the Original MacGAMUT Dictation Libraries is included in the 6.1.6a Web Installers.
If you have set up a MacGAMUT Work Folder in your (My) Documents folder to make it easier to keep all your MacGAMUT work together, that would be a great place to put these libraries!
